The use of this website as well as any purchase agreement between you and us, will be subject to the version of the terms and conditions on this page at the time you place an order or browse our website.

By placing an order on this website you agree to the below terms, conditions and purchasing terms which will create the sales contract, between yourself and us at the point of order confirmation and acceptance.


PLACING AN ORDER
Add the products you want on our website to your basket. Once you have added all items you would like to purchase, proceed to checkout.

You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. 

If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. 

No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.


Please ensure that you review your order prior to submission.


ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATIONS
All orders submitted by you are subject to acceptance by CLOCKEM ROCKEM. We may choose not to accept your order at our own discretion.

Examples of when we may not accept your order are as follows:

If products are shown on the website but are not available; If we are unable to obtain authorisation of your payment; If shipping restrictions apply to a product; If products shown on the website contain a manifest error such as being incorrectly priced or are otherwise incorrectly described; Suspected fraudulent activities.

Because we start to process your order as soon as it is submitted, it is not always possible to cancel your order.


QUALITY AND MAINTENANCE OF PRODUCTS
Minor differences in colour and other variations in products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies or other technical reasons.

Product packaging may vary.

CLOCKEM ROCKEM is not liable for these variations and deviations.

CLOCKEM ROCKEM draws your attention to the safety and caution warnings printed on the packaging of each product.
 
CLOCKEM ROCKEM is not liable for any damage resulting from incorrect handling of products, including handling contrary to the instructions.


PRODUCT CARE
To best care for your swimwear, always rinse with fresh water after each use - especially after use in chlorine and seawater. You may wash by hand, cold water with mild soap and hang or lay flat to dry.

Fitness apparel and underwear should be washed with like colours with cold water and laid flat to dry for longer life. For longevity, it's best to use low temperatures in both washing and drying.

All prices are listed in Great British Pounds (£ GBP)


SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders made on the CLOCKEM ROCKEM website are dispatched from Nottingham, UK to the shipping address you provide at the checkout stage.

Orders are delivered on business days; excluding bank holidays and national holidays.

You must provide billing, shipping, email addresses and all other required details accurately. 

If your shipping address is incorrect, you and you alone will be held entirely responsible. 

No refunds or redeliveries can be made in the event that an incorrect shipping address is provided.

We aim to despatch orders on the same day (not including weekends or public holidays), when the order is placed after 3pm.

UK deliveries

EVRi Courier (Formerly Hermes) UK Mainland Standard Delivery (Or similar): £3.00 (Up to 2 to 3-days. Public and bank holidays are excluded).

EVRi Courier (Formerly Hermes) UK Mainland Next-Day Delivery (Or similar): £3.50 (Next-day not guaranteed. Public and bank holidays are excluded).


Mainland Europe deliveries

EVRI Courier (Formerly Hermes) International: £10.50 (Up to 14-days. Public and bank/national holidays are excluded).


North American deliveries

EVRI Courier (Formerly Hermes) International: £16.50 (Up to 14-days. Public and bank/national holidays are excluded).


New Zealand deliveries

EVRI Courier (Formerly Hermes) International: £20.00 (Up to 14-days. Public and bank/national holidays are excluded).


All other international deliveries

EVRI Courier (Formerly Hermes) International: £17.00 (Up to 14-days. Public and bank/national holidays are excluded).


Any international orders may be subject to customs charges. These charges are not quoted at checkout and are completely out of our control. You are responsible for paying any such charges to the relevant authority.

CLOCKEM ROCKEM cannot be held responsible for delay in delivery, including but not limited to the following: Customs clearance; Inventory levels; National or private strikes; Civil commotion; Riot; Invasion; Terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack; Poor weather; Natural disasters; Fire; Epidemics; Failure of public or private telecommunications networks.


RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We offer exchanges within 15-days of purchase if you have received an incorrect or damaged product.

Strictly no refunds or exchanges are offered on any non-faulty items, including underwear and swimwear, due to hygiene and health and safety reasons.

If you require a refund or exchange because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, please let us know by visiting our contact page and sending us a message. Please provide your order number in order to ensure prompt resolution.

Exchanges are usually processed within 7-business days. Please allow up to 3-weeks for your exchange items to be delivered back to your shipping address.

Refunds are usually processed within 7-business days. Please allow up to 3-weeks for your refund to reach your bank account.

If you require a refund because the product(s) is not what you ordered or is otherwise damaged, we will refund you the price paid for the goods by you, including the standard delivery charge (we will not refund any additional cost paid for premium delivery).

Please note: If you state an item hasn't arrived or you are disputing the delivery, this has to be raised within 45-working days. After this timeframe has passed, the courier are unable to assist any further in terms of tracking or investigation, and due to this we will be unable to issue any replacements or refunds. 

Please note: We will not provide a full refund if goods show signs of unreasonable use. 

In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28-days of our notification.

Some customers may order various underwear items in the same size, but placed next to each other there may appear to be a sizing discrepancy.This is due to the differing designs of products. However, all products will still match the size guide on their respective product page.


RETURNING GOODS
Please send unworn items (swimwear and activewear) with tags and mention of your name, order number and reason to:

CUSTOMER CORRESPONDENCE
We aim to answer all emails within 72-hours. However, this may take longer during busy periods.

If you are on our marketing list and wish not to be, please email enquiries@clockemrockem.com and you will be removed our mailing list.
 

DISCOUNT CODES
From time to time you may see pop-up offers on the website for new customer offers. 

Please note that these codes cannot be used in conjunction with other codes or sale prices. For example, a new customer offer of 20% cannot be added to another 40% code granting you 60% off. In this event, you are free to select either of the codes, not both. 

The codes will only apply to products at full price, and be deducted from the RRP. 

The code will also not work on heavily discounted items at checkout or 'upsell' offers. 

The codes are unique to you and must not be shared, they are one use per customer, and must be used within 12-months of being granted.

All trademarks, service marks, logos and trade names which appear on CLOCKEM ROCKEM products, product packaging and/or on the website, whether registered or not (the “trade marks”) remain the exclusive property of CLOCKEM ROCKEM Ltd.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any of the trade marks in any way, including in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of materials on the website.
